We invite you to register and join us for the WiPM event on 20th October, 2022 with our guest speaker, Bev Andrews.
Multiple research houses have found that today’s organizations have implemented on average five significant organization-wide changes in the past three years — with most of these including Transformational and Digital changes and nearly all expect to multiply their change management initiatives in the upcoming three years. However, half of these change initiatives will fail, with only approx. 30% finding success.
But, why?
Clearly documented for all successful (or unsuccessful!) change implementations is having strong change leadership.
In this session, Bev will explore with us that women have an evolving leadership style, how our Interactive leadership style:
- Enables us to embrace the working world of command and control
- How our socialisation and feminine attributes have broken the glass ceiling
- Why the diversity in our change leadership style is creating high project performance
- Identify your individual starting point for increasing your change capability and that of your project team/s
