Topic: Head Above Water
In 2013 I experienced a significant health impact that changed me and my family’s life forever. Since then, I have been providing workplaces with an insight into Work/Life Balance and Mental Health & Wellbeing through public speaking and training. My talks are insightful, inspiring, and motivating providing audiences with many learnings they can take away based on both my lived experiences and best practice within the mental health space.
