A common misunderstanding in project management is that the PMBOK guide is a methodology which must be followed by the book. It’s pretty common to hear people asking if they should be using PMBOK for the projects or another methodology. We show in this webinar, that since the beginning of the PMI and the PMBOK, there has never been a methodology in any sense for project management. We will demonstrate what is really a methodology, and how we can use PMBOK to create a methodology of our own.
