Stacey DillonNicholls, PMP, joined the PMI Board of Directors in 2026 and brings 28 years of experience delivering major energysector projects across oil, gas, hydrogen, carbon capture and offshore wind. As a Senior Project Manager at BP America, she leads large NonOperated Joint Venture projects and oversees Learning & Development for the global projects organization. Her earlier roles include directing U.S. hydrogen and carboncapture infrastructure delivery and managing port and marineterminal projects supporting renewableenergy growth.

Ben Breen is a construction and project management leader with 30+ years of experience. As PMI’s Vice President, Giga Projects, he led the creation of PMI’s first construction-focused offering and the PMI Construction Professional (PMICP)™ certification. Originally from Australia and based in Singapore since 1994, he has contributed to major developments including Marina Bay Sands and the Suntec Convention Centre, and previously built a successful project management firm. Ben holds a Building Engineering degree from Victoria University and maintains PMICP and PMISCP credentials.

Jamie Robertson is the Founding Director of 361 Degrees Strategic Engagement and Communications. Jamie’s academic qualifications include a Masters Degree from the University of Tasmania, a Graduate Certificate in Communications from Deakin University, a First Class Honors Degree from La Trobe University and a Diploma in Project Management from Swinburne University. He is currently completing an industry guide for the delivery of project communications in civil infrastructure projects.

I’m a seasoned Analytics and AI Architect with over 20 years’ experience delivering innovative solutions across Mining, Government, Finance, Retail, Telecom, Automotive, Dairy, and Health sectors in Australia, New Zealand, and Brazil. A Microsoft Certified Trainer and conference speaker, I hold a Bachelor of Computer Science. I excel in stakeholder engagement, compliance assessment, and designing robust Analytics and AI architectures that align business needs with technology, bridging communication between vendors, ICT teams, and executives to drive organizational success.

By day I help Australian leaders adapt operations and improve performance through change — process design, leadership development, transformation playbooks through my consulting company Adapt & Improve. I’m driven by growth, strategic clarity, outdoor adventure, meaningful work, and helping people unlock potential. Outside work, I’m a multisport athlete, volunteer surf lifesaver, a ride leader for my cycling club, and a long-time community builder. Over the years I’ve created professional, running, and cycling groups that have led to deep friendships, memorable adventure trips, and new career opportunities. I also sponsor a girl through school in Cambodia.

A/Prof Flavio Macau is an Associate Dean at Edith Cowan University. He has worked with projects for over 30 years, notably with the resources industry. Flavio has a strong media presence discussing global supply chains, having chaired a session during the 2022 Supply Chain Ministerial Forum with the US Government. Flavio was a board member of the Project Management Institute chapter Western Australia (PMI-WA), and is now a PMI Global Volunteer with the PMI Infinity Advisory Team.

Vikki “Vik” Kapoor is a senior IT and telecommunications leader with 27+ years across R&D, solution architecture, and project/program management in Australia, Singapore, and Japan. As PMO Manager for Ericsson ANZA, he drives governance, quality, and delivery improvement. A committed PMI leader, he served as PMI Melbourne Chapter President (2020–2022) and is now Region Mentor for PMI Region 10. Vik holds PMP®, PgMP®, DASSM, and is among the first globally to earn PMOCP®. His expertise, leadership, and dedication continue to strengthen PMO capability and advance the project management profession..
